At Black Orchid Therapy, my mission is to walk alongside individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges with courage, clarity, and compassion. As a Licensed Professional Counselor informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients explore the parts of themselves that have been shaped by anxiety, trauma, or relationship wounds—without shame or judgment.
Whether you’re facing a life transition, struggling to feel connected in your relationships, or simply seeking to live more fully aligned with your values, I offer a collaborative space where healing and growth are possible. For those who desire it, I also integrate Christian faith as a source of hope and strength in the therapeutic journey.
My goal is to help you move from surviving to thriving—rooted in your values, present with your experience, and free to create the life and relationships that matter most to you.

LOVE in ACTion: A Workshop for Couples
This engaging, evidence-based workshop helps couples move from disconnection to deeper connection by learning how to communicate with compassion, navigate conflict more effectively, and live out their values in their relationship. Using principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and schema-informed care, couples will explore patterns that keep them stuck and discover practical tools to build emotional safety and trust.
